to run .. "DirectX Runtime" .. gives a message: "You already have a newer version or equivalent to this .." 
and "Visual C + + Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 3" also already installed .. the only options are to uninstall or repair .. .. Note: (to repair) ..

initially .. to inject the game and precionar "F10" closed the game .. then change the settings of the game to directx9 .. (as shown in the picture) and that error not occurred .. but after 5 or 10 minutes the game closes .. I should do ..? from already thank you very much!
