failed to load module into remote process!! in SF, i increased delay to 100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000 and it does not work, i also run as admin

Special Force 2 Problem

Im having one problem with SF2 hack. i open the loader as Administrator, then i select Special Force 2 when i open the game it gives this error "Failed to load module into remote process" i have windows 7 x64. what can i do to solve this problem??
