I downloaded few hacks from this site long time ago,got vac banned after some time and now i regret it and want to buy game again on new steam account.

So i deleted all the hacks,but only manually so im not sure if i fully uninstalled them...


Do you think some cheat files could stay on my pc and vac can detect them and ban me again on my new account without me even hacking? I saw lot of people on steamcommunity getting banned their new account just because the hacks were still on their computer...Lot of people say i should reinstall PC but is it really the only way?
