How does it work/what does it do ?This has only one feature, but I believe this feature is one of the most useful features a cheat can have:
It permits, after pressing a combination of keys, to block your internet connection in upload for the targeted program only.
It means you can still upload a YouTube video while using the cheat.
But how can blocking the internet connection in upload be useful ?
Well, that is simple:
By blocking the upload, the data sent from you to the server aren't sent for a certain period of time, it means that all your movements aren't sent to the server, movements and other actions.
But these actions are just not transmitted to the server, however these actions are happening client-sided.
Once you disable the cheat, all actions that weren't transmitted to the server all happen at the exact same time.

Examples:I am an engineer, and I begin to repair a phalanx turret.
While repairing the turret, I activate the cheat.
For the server, I am still repairing, however, client-sided, as long as I keep pressing the left click to repair, I can move, and go inside of the spawn, where I am safe, and I can still see the indicator telling me the tower is still being repaired.
When it is fully repaired, I disable the cheat, and the tower gets fully repaired in an instant, and on top of that I am safe, inside of my spawn.
It also works when you compromise or repair a generator.
Or when you heal someone with a medic.
I can also enable the cheat at any moment, and my movements won't get transmitted to the server, so while everyone else don't see me moving, I can actually move, and then disable the cheat, so everyone see me teleported.
That also works with vehicles.

Example with screenshots:I know that the invisible wall at the warpgate is only loaded at a certain distance, so let's try to pass through it while it is unloaded due to my cheat.
Let's start by spawning a flash:
Then, I go far from the warpgate:
Until I notice (in the minimap) that the icons disappeared (it means the consoles and the invisible walls are unloaded):
At this point, I enable the cheat, by pressing Ctrl+F (configurable), there is no GUI, and probably won't be, so if I didn't tell you that I activated the cheat at this point, you wouldn't know.
When I go back, I can notice (in the minimaps) that the icons are still unloaded (it means the server thinks I am still too far from the consoles and it doesn't send me the data to load the consoles and the invisible wall, they keep unloaded):
In front of the stairs to the warpgate, I cannot see the consoles (the utilmate proof that the invisible wall isn't loaded):
As there is no invisible wall, as you can see, I can freely enter the warpgate's spawn with my flash (you can notice that even the warp consoles aren't loaded):
Finally, I disable the cheat, the server receives the data's stating that I am inside of the warpgate's spawn (up to know, the server thought I was still at the edge of the warpgate, too far to load the consoles and invisible wall), and sends me all the data's about players around me, their position, the invisible wall, the consoles), from the point of view of other players, I just teleported my flash inside of the warpgate's spawn, now all players can see this when they spawn:
(The flash stayed at this position for 25 mins because people kept entering it and getting out of it, impressed by the fact that there was a flash inside of the spawn, until a heavy assault took a rocket launcher and exploded it in a huge majestic big boom)
This example also works for a Mosquito/Reaver/Scythe because they are little enough to pass from the sides, but can then only be placed in the middle of the consoles (ground/air vehicle consoles).
Other vehicles are too big (like the galaxy) or aren't able to move here because of their too low speed (like the lightning).
I believe magriders can pass, the only problem you have is that you are time-limited:
The server detects that you completely stopped sending informations, and detects this as a short internet connection crash, so it doesn't kick you from the server.
However, after a short amount of time (one minute or two, maybe three), if the server didn't receive any packet from your client, automatically kicks you from the game (you receive a message "You have been disconnected from the server").
On top of this example, there are tons of bug exploits to find and use with my cheat!
This is an example: drop in pod and then bounce off a wall while the cheat is enabled, it produces a bug permitting you to pass through matter. You can do it over a biolab or an amp station, and try to bounce off the spikes on top of it, then pass through the biolab/amp station down to the SCU, and then activate it even if the SCU shield generator is still active, and should, technically (but we're cheaters you know
), avoid anyone to go in the SCU room...
__________________________________________________Your cheat is cool, but how do I install it ?Well, that's a good question, it's really simple:
1) Download the cheat from this thread (it's attached to it).
2) Extract the zip archive wherever you want (for example on your desktop).
3) In the folder you extracted you can find 4 other folder with numbers in it.
4) Start PlanetSide 2, you don't have to spawn or anything, just start the game, you can even do the next steps while the game is loading.
5) Open the folder "1. WPE Pro", and start "WPE Pro - modified.exe" (virus scan at the end, with the virus scan of all DLL's with the program).
6) In the new window opened, click on the folder icon on the left, to open a filter, a new window asking where the filter is opens.
7) Inside of the window asking for the filter, look for the filter in the folder "2. Filter", and open it.
8) Check the box on the left of the new filter named "Block Upload".
9) On the top left corner, there is a big button, on the right of this button is a little arrow, a list of program names open, find and click on
"PlanetSide 2.exe".
10) Now go the folder "3. WPE Assistant", and open "Wpe_Ass_beta2.exe".
(Optional: you can open "Wpe_Ass.ini" before opening Wpe_Ass_beta2.exe" and modify options in it.
The main option is the "ToggleKey", by default it is set as "ToggleKey = f", this is the key to toggle the cheat on and off, actually the full hotkey is Ctrl + <ToggleKey>, by default Ctrl + F).
11) In WPE Pro, you should notice new elements appear in the GUI, at the bottom of the window there is a list of hotkey, including "ToggleKey: Ctrl + F", this is the hotkey to activate the cheat. The icon of PlanetSide 2 should change in the task bar and become a blue square with a white square inside, it means the cheat works and is targeted to PlanetSide 2!
12) To use the cheat, simply press the hotkey (ToggleKey) once to enable the cheat and block internet connection in upload, and press the hotkey a second time to disable the cheat and allow the internet connection in upload.
