DICE pached that, unlock all just works with attachments and camos, but not the guns itself (doesn't work with vehicle ammo like, if you doesn't unlocked SABOT SHELL for main battle tanks for example, and you equip it with unlock all, the tank wont shoot. But you can use the IVVN. (hope you understand, very bad english)
