Get polyloader 2.0 (polyloader 2.1 isnt as efficient) 
Download microsoft visual 2013 (MUST BE 2013. NOT 2015!!!)
Get your polyhack of choice.

1: Open polyloader 2.0
2: for the first box click the 3 dots (...) on the right and choose your hack MUST BE IN A .ZIP FILE!
3: click the 2nd box, go to the microsoft visual directory/VC/bin/ and select cl (.exe)
4: click compile and the .exe should be made onto your desktop.
 
If the hack fails to detect game, or crashes, re-comile and should work.
