Hey Guys, I wanna ask you, if someone can create a skript for cs:go that works in Competitive ( skript like xxx.cfg in the cs go folder, so you cant get vac banned)

E.g You put the options in the menu to: If crosshair is on enemy it changes color( I think you can do that)
So you type in the console: "exec xxx.cfg".
I  ask you, because I don't know much about the ingame exec command and scripts you can run with it

P.s. I don't want to use it, I just want to know if it is possible, because under a yt-video someone thought it is very easy to do!
