GL HF RP Loop Join a session, teleport to a place where to cops can't get to you (like the Humane Labs Tunnel) and turn on the RP Loop. Ped Drop Ped drop teleports nearby peds to you, sets their cash to 2000 and their health to 0. Go to a crowded place (like the beach), set the time to mid-day, the weather to clear and turn it on.
