SBW Multihack v0.3 Fix

How to use: Start the game Set video settings to "Borderless" (not "Full Screen") Run sbw_multihack.exe ("Delete" to show / hide menu) He did not have time to update it, so i used the source code and updated most of the offsets. Aimbot is still a works in progress but most of the hack now works again.
