Blaze Backend Emulator for Mass Effect 3

This is the source to my blaze backend emulator, which was made for Mass Effect 3 to be able to play LAN mode and access the online side of the player profile, without inet or origin login. But as blaze is used for other games too (especially BF3, where I got most information from) I release it here.
