Its hack. If it would be 100% safety everybody would use it. So no its not 100% safety but its undetected. So the only thing you can be scared now is beeing banned for overwatch.

Becouse CSGO has new updates often, so updating this cheat is just safer then playing with cheat for old version on new version. Just safety.
