I may update this release in the future, server side lag compensation was implemented horribly in this game sadly so even with 100% bullet accuracy there are still issues with zombies in fast movement. You may obtain better results by messing with console ConVar cl_interp_npcs to change how the engine predicts the zombie positions.
Instructions:
Just inject the .dll using any public dll injector (WinJect) and you should be good to go.
