Sends a magic bullet to the target closest to your crosshair, which will instantly kill visible players and possibly kill players behind walls (depends). (NB: the server does checks so you can't damage players when you're not shooting, and when you're looking too far away from the target) hotkey: VK_XBUTTON1 The hack doesn't include an ESP so you might want to use another hack alongside this.
