~ Removed French support. I don't speak french, so I can't keep it up to date.
~ Structured many functions into a menu. Left frequently used functions as keybind.
~ Included shortcut to crashdump.txt
~ Added Overdrill Vault activator (F10) (Will become a menu when I finish other mission element controlled actions)
~ Fixed DLC Unlocker (Temporarily not controlled by the config file, because tweak_data is nil when the PR is called. Until I find a workaround, it won't be togglable.)
