Halo Trial 3rd POV SightJacker

This is like my other sightjacker release, except it is in 3rd POV and does not require console or devmode. Simply start Halo Trial first, then start the sightjacker and follow the hotkeys listed on the application.

exe is modified for console, devmode, and haloboom fix. Devmode Notes: All developer commands are working...yes the same ones in CE...NOW IN HALO TRIAL. I provided a list that is in the zip file of most of the commands...however not all of them are in the list. There are guides on the internet about
