to check, go on a pb server and type "pb_getss 1".

HOW TO USE:

first open Paint.
fill it with black
save the file. (save As->drop down menu->24 bit)
open the blocker.
select "Picture"
click "add".
point to the file youve just saved.
selest "Tile"
Point to your ArmyOps.exe
Launch.
Exit the program.
