You'll have to inject the .dll yourself using your preferred injector. I do believe Titanium will work but I heard that its detected (I use my private one).
How to use InstaKill: Get yourself a bow and arrows aim at the desired player and turn on InstaKill, much like Aimbot it gets the player nearest the middle of the screen(End of your gun)

Enjoy instant killing full Kevlar, nude with a bow.
